MAC versus PC

Against MAC:

1. You cannot CUT and PASTE. You actually cannot move files using only mouse, you need to keep shift pressed if you want to move them.
2. You cannot copy the file/folder paths. If you are somewhere in finder and you want to send a file to email (without using the email client, through web email) you cannot copy the file location. The full path is not displayed anywhere unless you click on file/folder, Get Info and copy the "where" information.
3. You cannot write NTFS drives.
4. You cannot see the content of a zip file. You need an app to do that and more, that app is UNARCHIVING the zip file instead of just giving you the content files list.
5. If you use the audio input from your mac you have to select this from settings. There is no DUAL input, meaning to have both the microphone (built in) and the external input. More, if you did this switch the system does not tells you later that "no sound for you mic? check this!"
6.The USB inputs are very close to eachother. Basically you will have problems using both of them in the same time due to the dimensions.
7.You have x folders. You click by mistake "get info" on all of them (like in windows). You expect one window to show but instead, you get x windows showing info about each folder. Ok, lets say this can be ok but when you try to close those windows you find that you have to go to close EACH one, there is no option to close all finder windows.
8. You delete files on a usb stick. You do that because you need to copy something else on that stick. When you try to copy you find out that you dont have space. Why? Because MAC puts those file on the Recyle Bin, even when that drive is a small 8 gb stick drive. Ok, you empty the trash and you expect that this will be enough. NO! Is not enough, the MAC OS (Lion in this case) keeps telling that there is no space. You check the space on that drive, it tells you have some 7 gb free, your files are about 200 MB, but still no space. What to do? Go windows style, eject and plug in again the usb drive. It works now!

9. Itunes: you have some music files and you want them to be copied on your usb drive. u cant't from itunes, you have to do first "show in finder". there is a "copy" menu but i dont see how you can use it.

10. You cannot create new files from Finder (like in windows: create new text document)
11.  DVD Creation: you click burn and you by mistake click on cancel. No warning message, the process is canceling (and it takes a lot of time because the CD session must be closed etc) and thats how you loose a blank media plus some time because of a wrong click.

more to come...
